A Peep Hole

Week 1
A peep hole, can you see?
A whirlwind, a boat and the sea.
A dessert, an oasis and land
A building, a garden and human.

Week 2
A peep hole, what do you see?
It's a kaleidoscope and it's not free
Look, watch - oh! how trippy!
Colors distort, imagination blends, ooo wee!

Week 3
A peep hole, now where are we?
In our homes, under quarantine.
I see birds, I see trees,
Bloom and chirp, it's a party.

Week 4
A peep hole, now is that reality?
A virtual world, I am losing sanity
All the walls now closing in on me
Privileged, oblivious to tragedy.

Week 5
A peep hole, now what do you really see?
Out in the open, I see silhouettes
Falling down, some trudging along
I see a tragedy, I see reality.

Enough of virtual reality, now, tell me.

A peep hole, I see life we chose to ignore
Left to themselves, they exist no more.
