The Right Train

She sat there hungry with loads of work
Let food be just for that master stroke.
A necessity you've often ignored
Time and again your health has choked.
Your dues will be paid in love and affection Stay true to your work and it shall lead you to the right station.

You boarded the wrong train, so what?
You've learned now, not to do just that.
Having learned, now hop onto the other,
Right or wrong that shouldn't matter.

Walk or run or wriggle your way to the top,
Make friends and hold on to them until you stop.
We are here for you, so worry not,
A child and a friend to make sure you never halt.
