Standing Tall

Rising out of decadence

 I blame mone for this condition

Growing out of an abyss

To protect my fellow confidants

Crown the survivors as champions 
For they beat the odds to come out triumphant 

I am just the Lords messenger

Sent to show the righteous path to all who are His dear.

Riot

Who do we accuse for a man's death
How to we justify a killers presence
What do we do when a man is guilty
To whom do we head for justice required by the needy
Is vengeance a final solution
Or communal riots a means to avenge
Spew the blood of hatred amongst the masses
Splattering blood in the name of our fathers
Paying heed to an imbecile's speech
Armed with machetes patrolling the streets

Once brother in arms
Now holding a knife Like dacoits

Snooping around in search of a prey
From a toddler to a geriatric none spared.

Is this what we leave for the children to see
Brother killing thee in the name of community
Are we not the descendents of a single parent? 
Then why is the world in the apologetic state of decadence?
Who shall we ask who shall we blame? 
When we proffer ourselves foolishly in a politicans game.

Learn

To be proved wrong is the time to introspect

It's now when you are careful of the next step

To be proved wrong is when one has to learn 

It is now when you have to get back to the drawing board

To be proved wrong is after all not such a bad thing

Because it's now when he once again commences his learning.

Path

It's not how you begin
It's the journey that you are in
It's not how you execute
But the process that matters
It's not why you do what you do
But the dedication that you put into
If it all depended on how it ends
Would honesty and struggle be a dying trend?
All of it eventually depends on the man you become
Making Integrity and hardwork your life long friends.

Hain ishaq ki na koi jaat na mazab
Na ishq ka koi naam Ya pata

Haiin na ishq hone ka Koi waqt
Na ishaq mehsoos karne ki jagah

Hua hain ishq sabhi ko yaha 
Par hain kahi pabandiyan ishq par yaha

Jaan dene ki naubaat hain aati yaha
Jaan jaane ka bhi dar hain yaha

Khuda ka diya hua ehsaas hain ishq
Aasma ke dekho sehed sa meetha lagega yeh ishq
